Whether it’s your first property or part of a larger portfolio, our focus is on protecting your interests and ensuring the deal closes smoothly. We understand the local landscape—Mobile, Baldwin, and Washington Counties—and we tailor every agreement to reflect both legal requirements and real-world realities.
Mediation
For many years Brian Pugh has respected and appreciated the many positive benefits of mediating civil cases. He has been very fortunate to work with some excellent mediators and lawyers during his career and he has learned from each of them. Many lawyers with whom he discussed his plans to serve as a mediator were very supportive and two highly respected lawyers told Brian that they thought he had a good personality and great experience to be a successful mediator. Brian has registered for a twenty-hour civil mediator training course during August 2025 so that he can gain additional knowledge and experience. After completing the course Brian will be eligible to be listed on the state roster for civil mediators maintained by the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution. However, he has verified that he is currently eligible to serve as a mediator based upon his civil litigation experience before completing that course.
